*Packaging: Foilfeed wil be delivered in cardboard boxes with a content of up to 100 items per box. This is to minimize the volume of excessive packaging for the sailmakers and with a general concern for environmental issues. Guides for mounting, specifications etc. can be found and downloaded on this website.
Please mail Mikkel Hartvig Andersen at mikkel@foilfeed.com for special
requests such as quantities, special colours or desired designs. I.e.
ordering more than 5000 items of a single variant of Foilfeed® will be
considered a costum batch and a specific sailmaking brands colur may
be applied if desired. Pricing, payment and terms of delivery will
also be negotiated accordingly. Special
design requests will be
considered individually.
Please review the terms and conditions that govern the use of the site and the purchasing of products from this site. By using the Foilfeed® website you agree to follow these terms. The terms and conditions are subject to modifications. We utilize a licensed system for credit card authorization and fraud detection. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.
Return and Refund Policy You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Foilfeed® will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. Foilfeed® will assess a 10% restocking fee on an opened box or a 30% restocking fee on opened or used items.
Warranty The Foilfeed® is warranted against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorized Foilfeed® dealer. In filing a warranty claim, customers must substantiate and prove the defect in material or workmanship in order to rightfully claim the warranty. Alteration, abuse or misuse of Foilfeed® will void its warranty. Legal rights under applicaple national law governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
Warranty Claim Customers worldwide shall e-mail the warranty claim and proof of purchase to warranty@foilfeed.com. The warranty covers only substitution of damaged Foilfeed® items and standard shipping costs afflicted hereby.
